Supper was good. I made jalapeno cornbread. Kim made baked winter squash and we had salad that was already made. Kim took a photo of my butt which shows I made it from scratch.

Jalapeno Cornbread Recipe
1 cup flour
1 cup cornmeal
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
4 small jalapeno peppers, diced
1 cup cornmeal

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Lightly spray a baking pan
- In a large bowl combine the flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt and baking powder and mix
- In a separate bowl combine egg, milk and olive oil and beat
- Combine both bowls and mix well
- Add jalapeno peppers and mix well
- Pour into baking dish
- Bake 20-30 minutes (depending on how thick your pour) or until cornbread is done in the middle
